Chris is in charge of all compliance (US and Canada) related issues for all of Protocol. She also leads Protocol’s philanthropic efforts.

Chris comes to Protocol with over 17 years in the Teleservices industry, where she has held numerous positions in client services, operations, training and quality.

As Protocol’s Vice President of Compliance, Chris ensures that all US and Canadian guidelines are met as they relate to Federal and State Do Not Call regulations. She manages all compliance issues surrounding privacy, email, text and voice broadcasting. In addition, Chris tracks all pending legislation to determine how it will affect Protocol and our clients.

Chris is an active member of the American Teleservices Association (ATA). This is the only association solely dedicated to the teleservices industry. She serves as the President of the ATA’s Midwest Chapter and is a member of the Compliance Officer’s Forum and the Federal and State Legislative Committees.

Chris joined Protocol in 2000 and has an English degree from Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD.
