With a broad experience in Financial systems, analysis and planning, Donna brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting and operational finance to Protocol as Chief Accounting Officer.

As a member of the Protocol Management team, Donna is responsible for the oversight of Protocol’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions for the US, Canada and Philippines. She also manages corporate registrations, financial audits, and tax filings. Donna joined Protocol in 2002 as VP of Finance focusing on the Contact Center Division of Protocol where she was a key business partner with operations. In her role as Chief Accounting Officer, Donna extends her contributions to the accounting and reporting function on a global scale. Prior to Protocol, Donna served as the financial planning and analysis manager for Arthur Andersen’s Global Technology Organization. Before that, Donna spent 13 years in various financial positions at Connective Energy and Deloitte and Touché.

Donna holds a BS degree in Accounting from Stockton State College in N.J., a MS degree in Taxation from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and a CPA from New Jersey.
