Undeniably dynamic, motivated, results-oriented with an engrained can-do attitude, Jeanine is at the helm of the Canadian Operations. This veteran of the Contact Centre industry and her highly successful career at Protocol for 18 years now has taken her from different Call Centre positions back in 1991 to Senior Vice President of Canadian Operations. Her time spent as Director of HR, Training & Quality Assurance saw her deliver process redesigns in Quality Assurance, Hiring and On-boarding optimization and Training & Development standardization. Her success as Director of Operations & Client Services ensured delivery in Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, Cost Control and optimization, Performance Benchmarking and Workforce Optimization. It is during her tenure as Director of Sales that she developed growth opportunities for her clients in Customer Experience Management and Strategic & Tactical Planning. Her proven capacities to implement, organize, and develop new and challenging projects has made her a coveted leader in the industry.

As Senior Vice President of Canadian Operations for Protocol she assumes complete responsibility for growth, development, revenue management, and client relations for both Outbound and Inbound sectors within the Canadian territory.

Prior to joining Protocol, Jeanine held various management positions in Human resources, Training and Direct Insurance Sales for Encyclopedia Britannica Publishing LTD and Societe Nationale D’assurance (SNA) where she spearheaded entire sales cycle management process from initial client / partner relationship to needs assessment, proposal development, contract negotiations and closing.

A member of International Who’s Who of Professionals in 1998, Jeanine is trilingual in French, English and Arabic. As a member of the Chamber of Commerce, she has successfully detected trends in the market place and responded effectively to provide added value to her clients’ business and market share. Jeanine has been an active member of CMA and the Relationship Marketing Association for the last 15 years and acted as a member of the association’s board for two years.

Jeanine’s holds a Diploma in Insurance from Saint-Joseph University in Lebanon along with several credits in Life Insurance from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and from McGill University in Human Resource Management.
