Jim Ferrato

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer



With a focus on bringing technology to life for both our clients and employees, Jim brings his 20 years of experience to bear on the development and management of Protocol’s strategic IT plan and ensuring its alignment with the company’s business model.

Prior to joining Protocol, Jim was the Vice President of Professional Services at Aspect Communications, where he led this global organization in delivering a broad range of integrated contact center solutions. In addition, Jim was the CIO for Stream International, a worldwide supplier of customer care services.

Jim received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and holds an MBA from Boston University.
