This high spirited, go-getter really knows how to get the job done and exceed client and employee expectations. With more than 20 years of experience in the contact center industry, Kimberly Compton is very well versed in all facets of the operations. Today, she runs the Protocol USA operations, inclusive of 4 contact centers with services that range from business and consumer interactions from sales to customer service from inbound to outbound to automated services. Our clients’ draw on her vast experience to create and enhance programs and drive optimal performance.
Prior to originally joining Protocol in 1998, she spent 9 years with TeleService Resources, an AMR subsidiary. There she held various positions in Operations, Implementations and Client Services. As the Vice President of Client Relations, Kimberly was responsible for Fortune 500 accounts with individual revenues that exceeded $20 million annually. In this role, she was responsible for developing organizational processes to ensure consistency and quality across programs and facilities. Her expertise with such programs offers invaluable understanding of the requirements, structure, communications, and resources necessary to direct and control programs effectively and successfully.
Kimberly is a graduate of Tarrant County College.
