An operational CFO with deep financial experience, strong MIS background and a commitment to customer service is our newest team member, Mr. Paul Keller.

Paul brings over 20 years of experience to his position as overseer of financial operations for Protocol, including accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, and more. Prior to joining the Protocol team, Paul spent eight years in the call center industry serving as both CFO of TeleService Resources, an AMR subsidiary, and VP/SVP Finance with Aegis Communications. During this tenure, Paul provided expertise in strategy, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, organizational change, operations analysis, client acquisition and administration.

In addition, Paul brings a unique perspective to the Protocol table through his industry experience in real estate, transportation and Big 4 accounting with Crescent Real Estate, Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Deloitte, Touche, respectively.

Paul is a CPA and has an MBA from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. He received his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Computer Science at the University of North Dakota.
