With over 20 years of experience and an outstanding track record, Rachel brings an exceptional portfolio of professional talents to Protocol. Her background in sales, corporate marketing and branding, strategic planning and team-building, combined with her 13 years of experience in the contact center industry, makes her a perfect fit for our team.
Prior to joining Protocol, Rachel served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Planning for ICT Group. There, her focus was directed towards renewing their sales and marketing strategy, as well as rebranding to support sales. She also lent her expertise to successfully growing businesses such as Access Direct/PRC, Convergys, AT&T, and Regulatory DataCorp.
Rachel is a graduate of Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
