Protocol sets up our Communications Control Center to seamlessly (as much as possible) facilitate data sharing and processing between your Agency and any agencies/sources deemed
necessary to support your requirements for a 360° View of an Offender. Examples of these sources are: Your Officers/Agents, Law Enforcement, Service Providers, ReEntry Programs,
Transition Houses, County Jails, Health Providers, Electronic Monitoring Providers or any other source you feel beneficial.
Protocol then sets up a Case Management/Compliance System based on your Agencies functional requirements and business rules with a web interface. Agencies then have access to
provide and receive “event” data through Protocol’s Communication Control Center via live operator, eMail, Fax, PC/Laptop, PDA or an IVR solution. The system is set up to provide a
standardized framework for managing and retrieving Individual or Case data in chronological order.
