Compliance
Automated Appointment Reminders
Automated appointment reminders can be incorporated into the IVR system or with live operators. Any data stored or captured within the database may be set as a reminder.
Protocol offers reminders for next office visit dates, provider appointments, court appearances and fee collection/restitution amounts due. Appointment reminders may also be
utilized for Officers/Agents as well as requested by the agency. All transactions will be documented and recorded in the offender’s case history for future reference, reporting
and statistical analysis.
Condition Enforcement
Protocol can provide notifications to Officers/Agents via predetermined flags within the system to help reinforce and/or track questionable behavior or violations of supervision
conditions (e.g., absence from work, failing to check in, curfew violations, and attendance at mandated meetings).
Additionally, the system/process can be setup to capture data elements identifying what the Department might consider to be changeable factors that may signal a greater risk
to re- offend. Codes can be set up in the system and as an Officer/Agent provides detail on their face to face visit with the offender, we can capture these key facts.
Protocol can then provide analytics thru reporting which may provide your Agency with additional information to help summarize the offender population’s compliance with supervision
conditions defined by your Agency.
Curfew
Officers/Agents are able to place offenders on a curfew system that will monitor offender’s daily curfew compliance. This can be incorporated into the interactive voice response
system or monitored by live operators. Offenders will be mandated to call from a designated phone line upon the expiration of the curfew and random outbound calls to the phone number
will be conducted by a live operator during the timeframe that the offender is required to be home. All documentation of an offender’s compliance or non-compliance with the
curfew system will be stored in the web-based system and is also available in any report format requested in real time.
Protocol’s Case Management/Compliance System provides access to any of the source and event data captured in real-time thru a comprehensive easy to use web interface.
