Document Management



Within Protocol's system; Officers/Agents have the ability to process records and documents that are pre-formatted and stored within the web-based application. Protocol will evaluate any records and documents needed by your Agency and incorporate them into the web-based case management system.

Automated records and documents will be pre-populated by information that is stored in the database. Officers/Agents then have the capability to complete all other fields required on the form including any narrative sections contained. Any format of electronic signature can be applied to the form if required by your Agency. After the form is completed and saved on the application, Officers/Agents have the ability to send the documents via fax and/or email to any requested location. Forms are archived on the web-based application if required for future reference.

If the form is affiliated with an offender, the Officer/Agent has the ability to pull up the offenders’ case record and see all documents pertaining to that individual case. In addition, when a form is completed on the web-based system it places a chronological entry into the offender’s history indicating the form has been completed.
