Protocol provides toll free numbers dedicated to law enforcement agencies to contact and notify the Communication Control Center of any offender contact.

As new arrest or charges are made, Protocol will utilize pre-approved guidelines authorized by your Agency to issue warrants when first contacted or escalate to Agency staff as needed. Protocol will ensure complete follow through of timely delivery 24/7 on all warrants, holds, releases and escape warrants to the appropriate law enforcement including police departments, city jails, county jails, institutions and state patrol.
