Christine Haerich Gets the Nod from National Board Chairman at ATA Annual Conference
Sarasota, FL, December 1, 2009 – Protocol Global Solutions, a trusted provider of BPO solutions for the Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services, and Insurance markets, announced today that Christine Haerich, Vice President of Compliance, has been appointed to head the American Teleservices Association’s Chapter President’s Committee (CPC).

Founded in 1983, the ATA provides leadership in the professional and ethical use of the telephone for conducting business. As head of the Chapter President’s Committee, Ms. Haerich will serve a two-year term, presiding over CPC meetings and overseeing the work of all U.S. chapters.
“Ms. Haerich was chosen for many reasons, one being her commitment to the ATA through her role as President of our Midwest Chapter over the last 3 years,” said Lisa Nye-Ford, Director of Member Services with the ATA. “Through her leadership, we look forward to years of continued growth and progress.”
Ms. Haerich came to Protocol Global Solutions in 2000 with over 17 years of experience in the teleservices industry. She is also a member of the ATA Compliance Officer’s Forum and the Federal and State Legislative Committees. Since 2008, she has also led all philanthropic endeavors for Protocol, helping to organize and support food drives for the hungry, toy, book and school supply drives for the less fortunate, the building of homes for the poor, and the mentoring of the disadvantaged.
