Blood Drive
Protocol announced the successful results of its American Red Cross blood drive. In partnership with the American Teleservices Association (ATA)’s Call Centers Care program, Protocol volunteers donated 480 pints of blood to the Red Cross during a two-week span concluding October 6, 2008.
“The American Red Cross is always seeking blood donations as part of its life-saving initiatives,” said Christine Haerich, Vice President of Compliance and Strategic Account Development. “With our nationwide reach and enthusiastic employees, everyone at Protocol was proud to participate in such a vital effort.”
The goal of the blood drive was for each of Protocol’s 9 North American locations to solicit 50 to 75 donors – a goal that was met at every location. Donors received a T-shirt as a ‘thank you’ for their generosity.
The blood drive was part of a company-wide philanthropic effort at Protocol in 2008.
